About · nxcturnez

A developer who'd rather build the business than be the face of it.

I've been writing software for over fifteen years. Somewhere along the way I started building the companies around the code too, and found that the marketing, the products and the games I grew up on were all the same problem: systems, and whether you're willing to run them every day.

A little more of each

Six things that explain everything on this site.

01

Software, fifteen-plus years

Most of it building for other people's businesses. Long enough to watch a few technology cycles come and go, and to stop caring which tool is fashionable this year.

What I care about now is whether the thing ships, whether it holds up on a Tuesday when nobody's watching, and whether one person can run it alone. That last question is the one that turned into everything else here.

02

Entrepreneur, SaaS founder

At some point writing the software wasn't enough. I wanted to own what it produced. That's the founder part: find a problem people already pay to solve badly, build the smallest thing that solves it, put it in front of them before it's finished.

Three of them are live. Easy Reels takes a folder of clips and a song and returns a vertical video cut on the beat. BatchTone applies a LUT to a whole shoot at once instead of clip by clip. bukpress is the oldest (paste Markdown, make it yours, export an ebook), and it's how every guide on this site gets made. The build sequence inside The Income Loop is that process written down.

03

Games

I've been a gamer for as long as I've been anything. It's where I learned to love systems: rules, loops, feedback, the difference between grinding and progressing.

A posting schedule is a loop. A funnel is a level. A launch is a boss fight you're allowed to retry. I don't think I'd build things the way I do if I hadn't spent years inside worlds someone else designed.

04

Technology

An enthusiast, not a purist. I'll try the new model, the new framework, the new platform, and keep the one that saves time.

Most of what I build now is AI-first: I direct, it types, I read every line before it ships. The rules haven't changed: a boring stack, small pieces, a real URL on day one.

05

Digital marketing

The skill I never planned to learn. Nobody was going to sell the software for me, so I learned how attention becomes views, views become trust, and trust becomes a sale, and then did it without putting my face on camera.

The faceless accounts, the post banks, the DM systems: that's the marketing side, tested on my own products first. What works ends up in the post banks and sales systems inside The Income Loop; what everyone needs ends up in the free guides.

06

A restless mind

I don't do one thing. I'm building a SaaS, running faceless accounts, writing the blog, and taking apart whatever I noticed last week.

It isn't a strategy, it's a temperament. But it's also why the guides here connect things that usually live in separate courses: code, product, distribution, brand.

Now

What I'm actually doing this month.

  • 01

    Running @nxcturnez faceless

Threads, Instagram and X, from a standing start, in public. The numbers on the home page are the receipts.

  • 02

Building Easy Reels, bukpress and BatchTone

Problem first, smallest version, first ten users. The same loop the Software Framework teaches, run for real.

  • 03

    Writing the blog

One long-form article at a time: the free version of everything I'd otherwise sell.

  • 04

    Turning what works into frameworks

What I've run myself becomes a paid framework. What everyone needs before that becomes a free guide.

Follow along and you'll see each of these before it's finished. Threads ↗
Say hello

No face. Still a person.

I read every message. Questions about the systems, the tools, or something you're building: the fastest way is a DM on Threads; email works too.
